Turkey – World’s Second Largest Flour Exporter

According to the International Grains Council (IGC) estimates, Turkey will continue as the world’s second largest flour exporter in 2011-2012 season, with shipments projected at 2,500,000 tonnes of wheat equivalent, compared with 2,400,000 in the previous season and the recent high of 2,602,000 in 2009-10.
